Stepabroad gives Canadians, typically between the ages of 18 and 30, the chance to experience work and travel to specific destinations around the globe. As one of Canada’s fastest-growing travel agencies based in downtown Vancouver, Stepabroad coordinates every aspect of the process obtaining work abroad.

We offer internships and working holiday programs that provide young Canadians with the unparalleled growth and development that comes from travel. Our agency is here to guide and support our working travellers and interns all throughout their journey from the moment they decide to leave to their return home. Stepabroad aims to provide a safe, enriching and beneficial experience for our participants – one that will remain with them for a lifetime.

Stepabroad is certified by the Government of Canada, and thanks to our Recognized Organization status designated by International Experience Canada (IEC), we are also able to offer exclusive work permits to countries without a Youth Mobility Agreement. Our inbound department, Stepwest, is also available to help foreign youth come to Canada for work and travel experiences.
