Based on the concept of Yin and Yang, Yin yoga provides an opposing, yet complementary practice to that of more active, ‘Yang’ styles like Vinyasa or Hatha. Poses are held for longer, allowing us to let go without resistance and fully experience the power of the body shapes we are creating.
