Throughout her career, she has led cabin crews, ensured top-tier passenger experiences, and handled high-pressure situations with professionalism and care. Her expertise goes beyond just in-flight service. Amy is a natural leader and mentor, skilled in team-building, conflict resolution, and performance coaching. She has a proven track record in elevating customer services, defusing challenging situations, maintaining a calm and productive approach, and fostering a positive team environment.🚀

Certified in CPR and First Aid, Amy understands the importance of preparedness and professionalism, ensuring that safety and customer satisfaction always come first. Her passion for service, combined with her hands-on experience, makes her an invaluable guide for aspiring flight attendants.
