The critically ill children at the village get to celebrate many yearly holidays all in one week. This area of #BalloonWonderland highlights the joys of Christmas. Let’s take a look at what the elves are creating for all the children around the world. There are sooo many wishes on this Christmas tree, from wishing for peace on earth to going to Italy to meeting Harry Styles. I wish I could make every wish come true. Where will we head to next? PART 3 of #BalloonWonderland As you leave the the under the sea area, we now enter the jungle safari area. Check out the amazing giraffe family holding one of the wish stars and those mischief monkeys hiding all over the jungle. You can soar up high in a hot air balloon safari sight-seeing tour. Giraffes, elephants, a zebra and the coolest lion ever are all in this area of Balloon Wonderland. Watch out safari adventurers!!!! The zebra is driving!!!! 🌈What is everyone doing to keep their spirits up during lockdown #3?🌈 #mondaymotivation We are going to need lots of firewood to keep this cabin warm on these cool nights. 😆😂 This past weekend, we took part in the #onemillionbubbles #camapaignofkindness global initiative started last year by @float2022 @balloon_designers 🎈Balloon art by @balloonsbypacha Here is more info about the campaign: In 2020 during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, 2200 balloon artists from 81 countries took part in a global campaign to spread love, joy and hope through their art. This “campaign of kindness” known as “One Million Bubbles” continues on April 24th & 25th, 2021. The project was founded by professional balloon artist Steven Jones of Balloon Designers in Seattle, Washington. He was inspired to create the project in March 2020 after viewing customers at a grocery store who, out of fear and angst, were abusing and mistreating employees there. He then created a mural made of balloons that went up in front of his business with a simple message: “Be Safe, Be Kind.” The message spread throughout his community, and soon other local businesses and schools were sharing that same sentiment on digital signs and in their store windows.
