We are looking for part-time and full-time housekeepers to work up at The Pinnacles Suites and Townhomes on beautiful Silver Star Mountain. We are looking for positive, hardworking individuals with an eye for detail. Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Flexible hours will include weekends and holidays. You must be able to drive yourself up and down the mountain for your shifts. Carpool bonus available.

This position runs from November to mid-April.

* Will be paid $26.00/hr until contract end in April and then compensated for hours worked up to $28.00/hr.

Duties include:
• Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting units to the standards set by The Pinnacles Suites.
• Stripping units of linens and towels after guest departure.
• Removing garbage and recycling from units and placing in appropriate bins located on premises.
• Restocking and supplying units once cleaned.
• Report any items found or any damage in units to Head of Housekeeping.
• Completing laundry, folding and putting away.
• Being in open communication with other team members to ensure problems are dealt with in a timely manner.
• General upkeep of common areas and laundry room.
• Other duties as assigned by Head of Housekeeping.

Requirements:
• One year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• You must be able bodied-- willing and able to carry linen bags and cleaning supplies up and down stairs.
• You must have an eye for detail and be willing to clean to standards we set.
• You must have a professional and positive appearance and demeanor.
• You must be flexible to work during the week, weekends and holidays as our schedule sees fit.
• You must have a reliable mode of transportation/the confidence to drive up to Silver Star Mountain Resort in the winter.

We are looking for a full time Front Desk Agent at The Pinnacles Suites & Townhomes on beautiful Silver Star Mountain (https://pinnacles.com/). We are looking for someone personable, positive and hardworking. Prior experience is not necessary, training will be provided. We are a close-knit team looking for someone who is willing to help where needed.

This position runs from mid-June to mid-September.

* Will be paid $18.00/hr until contract end in September and then compensated for hours worked up to $20.00/hr.

Duties include:
• Making reservations through our online system, over the phone and in person.
• Answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Interacting professionally and courteously with guests both in person and over the phone.
• Handling guest requests and concerns.
• Greeting and checking guests in and out.
• Taking payments both in person and via our online system.
• Ensuring debit/credit totals balance at the end of each day.
• Communicating with the housekeeping team about check ins/outs and guest requests.
• Keeping Front Desk area and common areas neat and tidy.
• Attending to additional jobs given by the Manager.

Requirements:
• A friendly, personable and hardworking attitude capable of dealing with the public.
• A professional, organized appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Self-motivating.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must be comfortable driving up and down Silver Star Mountain.
