Fun fact: They can “walk” on land using their flippers—and they do it with so much sass!

Did you know that baby Killer Whales are born with a pinkish-orange hue? 🌊 This adorable coloration comes from their underdeveloped blubber and thinner skin, which allow blood vessels to show through. As they grow, their iconic black-and-white colouring starts to appear more prominently.

When a Killer Whale pops straight out of the water to take a look around, it’s called spy hopping and it’s as cool as it sounds🕵️‍♂️✨

This behaviour isn’t just for show—it’s how orcas scope out their surroundings, from checking for prey to watching boats or even just being curious about the world above the waves🌍 Their intelligence and curiosity never fail to amaze!

Ever witnessed an orca spy hop? Share your story or tag a friend who’d love to see one in action🖤⬇️

Ever noticed a group of seabirds swooping and diving over the water? 🐦 That’s not just a show, it’s nature’s way of saying, “Something big is happening below!”

Seabirds often gather where whales are feeding, drawn by the same schools of fish or krill. Their activity can be one of the best clues that humpbacks, orcas, or other marine giants are nearby🐟💦

Next time you’re on the water, keep an eye out for those feathered scouts—they might just lead you to an unforgettable encounter💙

If you’ve ever heard the ROAR of a sea lion colony, you know these guys don’t do "indoor voices." Think of them as the karaoke kings and queens of the ocean—always singing, barking, or arguing about who gets the best sunbathing rock🎤☀️

They may look like chubby couch potatoes, but don’t be fooled! These ocean pups can swim up to 25 mph and are expert fish thieves.
