Who's ready to go ICE FISHING! The ice is ready to go at Agnew Lake with at least 7inches. Day guests are welcome to come out and fish for the day for $20. No fee for residents of Webbwood.
We also have a few portable huts rentable for $45/day that are best suited for smaller groups. Lures, regulations and other information available on site at the office.
Back Lake Fishing Trips available as soon as our snowmobile trail conditions have improved.

Every rental in December granted guests a ballot entry to win one of our designer winter jackets. This happy couple traded the jacket for other merchandise for their family to enjoy! Amazing kindness and wonderful people.

AGNEW LAKE LODGE NEWS 2024
A special holiday greeting to all. Another incredible year has passed. I want to take a moment to thank our wonderful patrons for all the love & support. Our hard working staff. We couldn’t do it without you.
UPGRADES
In addition to some much-needed Hydro upgrades, we have added Starlink internet to our services. Complete Park access is still in the works and should be resolved by May 2025.
In the winter of 2023, we took on the monstrous job of renovating cabin #4. It was incredibly difficult & pain staking, but Nathan & the guys managed to work through the pain & frustration to create a beautiful masterpiece.
WINTER FUN
Another winter of cleaning trails. This being our 4th year, Nathan knows them like the back of his hand. It’s a lot of work for him & a couple of guys, but he loves it none the less. Although the last winter wasn’t a great season for snowmobiling, we were able to host some wonderful groups to take on the trails. They had a blast & can’t wait to come back. We also purchased a few Otter Fish Huts. Easy to move around & a luxurious warm ice fishing experience. Our patrons really enjoyed their time in them.
ANIMAL LOVE
Our Hens & Roosters are doing great. Laying big beautiful, tasty eggs. The Roosters are handsome & sweet as ever. We also were blessed with the addition of 3 healthy hen raised chicks.
Emma our mascot, was happy to greet many guests this year and introduce some guests to our new dog beach area. This area has some last-minute touch ups to be completed but is accessible to pets already. This area is located to on the left side of the public beach beside the A frame Cabin.
EVENTS
Our 2 yearly potluck style BBQs were a huge success as always. Seeing our seasonal trailer family, cabin guests & our neighbors come together to celebrate with food, drink & awesome entertainment. This year for the first time we invited the band Dani Star & Keith Britt from Hot Box. We couldn’t have asked for a better weather or company. We happily raised over $700 from both events and donated to one of our local charities, The Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank.
FEATURED ON FISH TV
Of course our biggest highlight for the for the summer was FISH TV. Jason, Leo & Nick were an absolute blast to have at the lodge. They loved the fans; the fishing & the Northern Hospitality we take pride in giving our guests. COMING SOON
We are currently still working on the kitchen facility for take out. To be compliant with the township &, board of health we need to tackle some construction tasks which is taking longer then expected. Many more improvements & upgrades to come. Current Ice levels for Agnew Lake
4inch at the front, 4 inch at the back.
We recommend please wait just a bit longer before going onto the ice. We will continue to post levels of Agnew and surrounding lakes as soon as they are available to us. If anyone else local has a reading or some pictures to post of the Ice Levels surrounding us, we would love to share them.

The weather outside is frightful, but the trails are so delightful 😀Hunting season has come and gone, so the hiking trails next to us are open for your use. Hello again Paddler's of the Spanish River. This pouch containing mostly handmade fishing gear was found near Pomagasing on the Spanish River and returned by some amazing gentlemen returning from their own trip. We would be happy to help the owner reclaim their belongings. If you have any information, please contact us. There is no ID but we have the exact location found for reference for the owner. Heads up Paddle the Spanish River guests. The West Branch side from Biscotasing to the Forks has very LOW water levels. We will not be shuttling to the Bisco area or West side for the remainder of the season. Sudbury Via Rail has also advised us that they will not be dropping off at the SINKER CREEK location either.
We still encourage paddlers to explore the East side of the River.

Sudbury Via Rail has resumed its regular services. Agnew Lake Lodge Shuttle trips to Sudbury Via Rail are now resumed. Please contact us if you have any questions about your current or future bookings. There is still time to get one last paddle in! The Spanish River provincial park is open until October.
