*The Centre Expo-Festival offers a wide variety of cultural activities and events where you will discover the charm of the Acadian culture. Enjoy fresh lobster and other fabulous meals that are typically from the Evangeline region, like for instance, the famous “Fricot aux Palourdes” a delicious soup prepared with fresh quahogs or “La Variété Acadienne” a meal combining four different Acadian specialties.
