West Kelowna Forager here!
Hello everybody π
So the primary reason I FORAGE is the same reason I also practice survival and bushcraft,...
because having the agility to provide the essentials for yourself liberates you to being a FREE human!
... if you should so choose.
So here's a good survival tip that I HIGHLY recommend to use during spring and winter!
During these seasons the wood can be wet and damp which can make it harder for even the most PRIME tinder to catch!
I LOVE using a DRYER lint ball covered in vaseline because it lights fast but most importantly, it holds a BIG HOT FLAME for a solid 1-3 MINUTES!
AMPLE time and heat to get that stubborn tinder lit!
I save ALL my lint so I have a sufficient amount to carry me through winter and spring.
Hope you try out my tip and love it as much as I do!
