OPERATIONS UPDATE for Sunday January 14, 2024
Temperature levels are on the rise today, and we will be gradually returning to normal lift operations as we implement a phased approach to reopening.
Today’s staged process to opening the lifts and terrain will start with the Beginner Carpets and Platter Lift, then the Mile 1 Express and then spreading to the remainder of the mountain. The Panorama Nordic Centre will reopen as planned.
Our plan is to open Summit Quad and frontside summit trails, but with expected cooling and wind in the alpine, Taynton Bowl will remain closed today.
Due to cold temperatures our plans could change or be delayed for the protection of our staff, guests, and infrastructure.
We advise all guests intending to venture onto the mountain to dress suitably and exercise patience, as we strive to overcome the weather-related challenges. Indoor operations continue as they have done so throughout the cold period.
Stay warm, stay safe and stay tuned to this page for further updates. For more detail on what’s open, visit our Snow Report:
