We are looking for someone to help us with any issues that come up with our guests (such as neighbour noise complaints, or check on any appliances or other items of concern that come up from time to time). This position is being created for the first time, so there is no set plan and or set remuneration in place for this position but I do welcome any thoughts to be put forth. Anything of this nature normally takes place between 6 pm and midnight but the occurrences are very few and far between. The ideal candidate will reside in Whistler. Available for a group/company or an individual that is able to fulfill the staffing needs outlined below.
We are looking to hire a guest relations person who can handle guest arrivals and provide a tour of this 5000+ square foot home, along with reviewing the house policies. Other job duties: Answer a cell phone for guests, service people, our residential neighbours and the owner to contact as needed. During guest stays, if any policies (specifically noise issues) or other problems arise at the home, someone is needed to be responsible for resolving and/or contacting the owner for assistance and direction. Some snow removal (a short walkway in front of the home to our parking lot). We have a snow shovel and a snow blower.
Please note that we do prefer to hire a permanent long term local resident.
