2023 - A Review of the past year in my Travel Life! -

Exceptional Kangaroo Island. I would call it the Galapagos of Australia. Yes that is a bold statement but trying to work out where else can you wander through untouched trails and come across mobs of kangaroos or look in trees to see koalas or see echidas waddling across roads, sealions playing on an incredible beach, black swans in a billabong, glossy black cockatoos and so much more, including an elusive penguin. Everyone should add a visit to KI. It truly is magical.

I JUST LOVE BEING A TRAVEL AGENT!

I have worked throughout the travel industry since 1985 and I’ve arranged tours for clients to every country a person could ever want to visit. Having travelled widely myself helps bring a broader perspective when determining what you, the traveller needs and coordinating the best trip for your budget.

For me, being a travel agent is more than just a profession. It is really core to a lot of what I am about as a person. I certainly love to travel, but more importantly, I love sharing the travel experiences of my friends, colleagues and customers and by doing so, I continue to improve my knowledge of the options available when it comes to planning the next trip for clients. As much as I would love planning YOUR next vacation, I get just as much satisfaction hearing from clients upon their return.

I use my decades of experience and then research the best options to help customers book the best quality trip or tour or visit. It gives me great pleasure to advise people based on their interests and I get a great deal of satisfaction from helping them to have an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable trip, while getting the best value for their money. Also, I am available to my clients at all times to deal with any last minute questions or issues.

I started my travel career in my home country of Australia but moved to Canada in 1992. I originally came here on a ski tour and decided to stay. Along the way I have travelled widely through much of the world and bring those experiences to my role as your trusted travel advisor. Travel is my passion, I simply could not imagine being in any other career today. Who else could tell you that their job entails only dealing with happy people?
