A scalable central management platform that can provide services like Remote Inspection would be a welcome addition to any owner managed short term rental property. The post checkout property inspection is a real drain on time and resources, I am particularly intrigued by the prospect of using GetProperly.com to remotely manage and inspect my rental properties when I'm away.
