🚂 This one is for all the historians 🚂

Did you know there is a secret train room nestled away on Disney property? If you are lucky enough to visit Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort, head on over to the Boulder Ridge Villas lobby and there you will find a history buffs paradise.

The Carolwood Pacific Train Room is filled with treasures, stories, real life artifacts and parts of the beloved train that Walt himself had in his own backyard. You can read about it nestled up beside a roaring, cozy fireplace. Take in the beautiful artwork and enjoy the nostalgic ambiance with a warm drink or good book. 📕🪵🔥🚂

If you are searching for a quiet nook to have a rest while on your Walt Disney World vacation, this is just one spot I can recommend as an experienced travel agent, that has your needs in mind. It doesn’t always have to be hustle and bustle.

Grateful to have experienced this room again on our last trip - it’s always a treasure.

🌮 If you love Mexican influenced dishes then make sure to include La Hacienda de San Angel on your restaurant list! 🌮

This flavourful and exciting restaurant is featured at EPCOT near the Mexico 🇲🇽 pavilion overlooking the World Showcase Lagoon.

The margaritas are always a favourite with the adult members of our group and the guacamole 🥑 is a huge hit with the littles. Be sure to try the lobster 🦞 tacos if you want to try something that will leave your mouth watering for days. For dessert the Dulce de Leche ice cream with churros can’t be beat. Is there anyone out there that doesn’t like churros?
