🚨 Important Travel Updates for Europe! 🚨

Starting in October 2025, the Entry/Exit System (EES) will be operational, modernizing border management across the Schengen Area. This digital system will register non-EU nationals each time they enter or exit the 29 European countries, streamlining border controls and improving security. 📲

In addition, the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) will follow, it is expected to start in the last quarter of 2026. ETIAS will be required for non-EU nationals traveling to Europe without a visa, offering a smooth travel experience with added security. 🛂

🚨 Attention Canadian Snowbirds! 🇨🇦✈️
A new U.S. immigration rule may change how you travel south. As of February 25, 2025, Canadians visiting the U.S. for more than 30 days are required to register with the U.S. government to avoid penalties. 📝

Under this new provision:
• If you're staying in the U.S. for 30+ days, you'll need to register and may need to submit fingerprints.
• This applies to anyone 14 years or older who has not been fingerprinted when applying for a U.S. visa.
• Parents and guardians must ensure children under 14 are registered, and those who turn 14 will need to re-register and be fingerprinted.
This change comes as part of the U.S. government's executive order to have better control of who is coming into and out of their country.
