The property provides access with a year round maintained road by the municipality and it is winterized. We provide guests with four bicycles to explore the neighbourhood and tw

o kayaks to enjoy Clement Lake. Robes for the adults to relax in maybe in the morning during breakfast or in the evening, relaxing by the ambient fireplace and watching TV. Connect with nature looking out the massive windows and turn on the flame effect fireplace for added ambience, while maybe sipping a glass of wine, sangria or your favorite beer and maybe some jazz! Clement Lake House is a brick bungalow originally built in 1958. August of 2017; what is now Clement Lake House was purchased and renovated by the new owners. With one of the owners’ being a co-owner in a home building company and the other an Interior Designer who’s ran other boutique style vacation rentals. You are guaranteed an exceptional yet cozy experience staying at Clement Lake House. Get to know the area by taking in activities such as Geo tours(Highlands East is the Geocaching Capital of Canada with a GeoTour that is number one in Canada, third most popular in the world), hiking, biking, ATVing, kayaking, horseback riding, skiing, etc. If precious gems puts a gleam in your eyes Wilberforce and surrounding communities are world famous for fine specimens of green apatite, deep purple fluorite, mica, tremolite, zircon, titanite, feldspar and several rare and unusual species like fluororichterite and stillwellite. What we are saying; if you love the outdoors, get ready for a multitude of adventures in Highlands East! During July and August we only do weekly rentals; Saturday to Saturday. Long weekends, a minimum of three(3) nights outside of July and August.

Our property, Clement Lake House will be on the market for sale in September. If you have an interest in buying a vacation rental or a place to call home in Haliburton County; this may be a fit.
It is being sold fully furnished along with bicycles and two kayaks. There's also a Class A motorhome on the property with an oversized king bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Electrics and heating works but not the engine. This provides additional sleeping space or additional rental space.
The basement provides high ceiling and unfinished. There is the potential to create additional space by adding at least an additional bedroom and bathroom in the basement.
