“WestJet says it has cancelled more than 600 flights since Aug. 5, with 50 trips per day on average now being called off and more than 20,000 customers affected.”

As you are aware of the hailstorm from Calgary last week ”WestJet says it will be issuing flight cancellations "for the foreseeable future" after planes were damaged by a Calgary hailstorm last week, upending travel plans for thousands of passengers.

We are as the agents as in any other travel office , have the very limit to control the situation . The only party have the most power to solve the big issue at the moment IS THE AIRLINE.

We are working really hard with the airline for the clients. Therefore, we are CALLING ALL THE CLIENTS to UNDERSTAND AND PATIENT. Whichever way the airline could do at the airport for you is the BEST SOLUTION at the moment.

We understand you are having the panic , however, it’s big issue from the nature, and we are all human who is fixing this matter.
