Job Description: Weekend Housekeeping Staff

Position:Weekend Housekeeping Staff
Location: Osborne Village
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Type: Part-Time
Setting: Short-Term Rental Properties

**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Weekend Housekeeping Staff member. This part-time position requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various short-term rental (STR) properties. Reliable transportation is required as the position involves travel to different rental sites within the local area.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure overall cleanliness.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
- Make beds and change bed linens.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
- **Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.**
