Yogurt "Ryazh

enka"-made from the caramelized milk or Baked milk. The yogurt has more sweet flavor than Greek yogurt, very smooth texture , but it is steel plain yogurt. Add in the cup a little bit honey, or granola or fruits. Cup of" Ryazhenka" contain 25% daily value of calcium and Phosphorus

Cheese "Tvorog"- is mildly sour dairy product that is not onlyvery delicious, but and useful
Tvorog is one of the richest sources of protein
Kefir" Original" - is a fermented milk product . Contain high level of vitamin B 12, calcium, magnesium, vitamin K2, Biotin

Sour cream 10% mf, made from the milk and cream and bacterial culture added. Has very tender texture. When you start to eat it you cant stop, till all container is empty

Cream Cheese- made from the milk, cream and bacterial culture, has clean dairy flavor, low fat -18% mf

Also we make Lactose free yogurt and lactose free sour cream

All products made at the UofM dairy plant, CFIA Federal facility inspected . All products pass micro test,

Kefir " Original" - is a fermented milk product .It contains high levels of vitamin B 12, calcium, magnesium, vitamin K2, and Biotin. Sour cream 10% M.F (milk fat) , is made from milk, cream and bacterial culture. A very tender texture, we assure you this product is irresistible! Finally, Cream Cheese- made from milk, cream and bacterial culture, has a clean dairy flavor and a low fat percentage of 18 M.F Also we make Lactose free yogurt All of our products are made at the U of M dairy plant(!), where they pass a micro test and are packaged by hand.
