SAMSQUANCH! It's official! There is no denying the appeal of Sunken Escapes. In an unprecedented event(haven't heard that term since covid), the Samsquanch is trying to move in! We're diligently trying to figure out what brought this beauty out of hiding. Kit thinks it's the incredibly comfortable interior design. I'm leaning more towards the rumors that we've done this entire project with incredible local labor. Maybe the Samsquanch wants to lend a hand? Others have surmised that it's the protection of the night sky that has lured him to the idea of living amongst us. Who wouldn't love the luxury and comforts while still enjoying the natural habitat? Little story about time healing all. A long standing enemy from high school hockey @jbohfx was actually the very first individual to slide into my dms saying he could help, and sending a congrats on the project.
Check out @mattatallsignshfx - they run the show on all things sign related. Big Sobeys sign? Boom, Justin did it. Little sign out front of KenWo, another banger by Justin. Unfortunately I can't drive by any sign now without thinking about him.
I guess he was never really that stale that I had to burn by him on the ice all those years. Time does heal all...or maybe just a good sale. I'll take the win as the sign is perfect. Thanks Justin!

Rural Economic Development. It's only been a few weeks, and the resounding community support and hands-on deck wanting to help has been incredible. Personally, I've never really noticed the positive impacts of development while traveling or living in cities. Or maybe I was too young to notice. Regardless, when you do business in a small town, the benefits and rewards for yourself and all of those around you are unparalleled. I couldn't be more thrilled that by the end of this project, I'll know that it was my community that built this.
