Hey folks! 👋🏼We know you've been waiting for details on our 2025 season. Our flying season this year will begin on May 22nd. If you have a pre-paid carry over booking, or a gift certificate, please reach out 𝐁𝐘 𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐋 now to book your flight.

At this time, we have made the decision to not take any new bookings based on our current passenger load with carry over flights and outstanding gift certificates. We will post on Facebook should we have any openings that we are looking to fill. 𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 so be sure to follow us on Facebook to get notifications on our flight availability. Please don't email us continually asking for updates - if there's an update, it will be here!

Some of you might be wondering why we have made this decision. Well, it's simple really - weather patterns are changing. We are getting fewer and fewer opportunities to fly each year. As such, we can't accommodate as many people as we once could. So we want to ensure we are accepting an appropriate number of bookings so we don't have a massive backlog of folks to get up in the air!

We thank everyone for their understanding! We know there are so many of you that want to get up in the air, and we wish we could accommodate everyone. If you're willing to take a chance on a flight - check out the two hot air balloon festivals in New Brunswick that happen each year. During the Labour Day weekend you'll find us in Bath, NB at the River Bend Festivals Balloon Fest and the following weekend we will be in Sussex, NB at the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta. We cannot take bookings ourselves for either of these festivals, so be sure to follow them on Facebook for updates on their flight opportunities.

We have now hit our capacity for 2024 season flights and unfortunately will not be able to take any further flight bookings at this time.

❗PLEASE NOTE: We no longer keep a waiting or cancellation list, instead, we post all of our availability on our page. Once our flying season starts, these available flights are typically posted a few days in advance, but some could be same day opportunities. We will not post available flights more than a week in advance, so if you are looking for a specific date or time frame, ensure to check our page around the dates you are hoping for.

Words can't express how grateful we are to have so many people eager to fly with us! We promise, it's worth the wait. 😁

Wow folks! You've certainly outdone yourselves.... we have currently placed a pause on all new bookings as we have hit our maximum number of flight bookings for the season. Now, not all of these bookings have been confirmed yet, so here's the deal...

If you've requested a flight with us ❗❗CHECK YOUR EMAIL❗❗ We are only holding reservation requests for 24 hours. If we don't hear from you in that time frame to complete your booking, you will unfortunately lose your spot in line and we will move to the next waiting request. Once we hit our capacity with confirmed bookings, we will let everyone know.

If you have a gift certificate or a pre-paid carry over booking with us, please reach out to book your flight as spaces have been allocated for you.

We will start accepting bookings for our 2024 season on Monday, March 18th! If you're looking to book a flight with us this season, here's what you need to know👇

Our 2024 flying season will begin on Friday, May 17th and run until Sunday, September 29th. We will be offering weekday sunset flights as well as weekend sunrise and sunset flights. Our 2024 season pricing is as follows (all prices are subject to HST):

- $350 per person for a WEEKDAY sunset flight (Monday - Thursday sunsets; holidays excluded)
- $395 per person for an ANYTIME sunrise or sunset flight (this includes sunsets 7 days a week plus Saturday & Sunday sunrises, including holidays - this option gives you the most booking options and the greatest flexibility)
- $1,500 for an ANYTIME PRIVATE CHARTER for 2 people (this includes sunsets 7 days a week plus Saturday & Sunday sunrises, including holidays)

❗️️ Flights are booked on a first come, first served basis. There is no waiting list.
❗️ We sell out quickly. If you are considering booking a flight with us, book early as there is no guarantee we can accommodate your request later in the season.
❗️ Please email us to book a flight. Do not call us - we will be booking through email only.

When you email us to book a flight, we will need some information! What to include to begin with:
- How many people you are looking to book for.
- What date you're interested in.
- If you're looking for a sunrise or a sunset flight.

Update on gift certificates:

After years of selling gift certificates, we have made a decision to stop offering them going forward. For a business such as ours, it makes it incredibly difficult for us to estimate how many flights to book each year. It's tough enough to try to get all our planned passengers flown, and then we get a few extra flights thrown into the mix, and we are backed up more than we would like to be.

Any and all outstanding gift certificates that have already been purchased will be honored of course. But from this point on, we will not be offering gift certificates for sale.

Thanks for your understanding and your continued support of our small business. We appreciate you all! 2024 flight bookings will open mid March - keep an eye on this page for all the details!

We are looking for a few new crew members to join our ground team!

If you’re interested in learning how hot air balloons work, and you’re always up for an adventure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our season starts May 19, and we fly 7 days a week, sunrise and sunset. We require a few early birds and a couple of night owls. At this time we are specifically looking for crew for:
• Friday sunset
• Saturday sunrise
• Saturday sunset
• Sunday sunrise
• Sunday sunset

But it's always great to have back up crew to call on when we need extra hands - so don't shy away just because these time slots aren't ideal for you. Ballooning is not a solo sport, and having a fantastic ground crew is essential!

What we need from you:
• ability to lift 50lbs
• ability to traverse uneven terrain
• have a valid drivers license, with a clean driver’s abstract & be able to back up a trailer
• you will require your own vehicle (we meet before each flight at the Big Stop in New Minas – and there are no public transportation options)
• a commitment to at least 2 shifts per week
• knowledge of local roads between Berwick & Kentville an asset!
