Learn how to properly butcher a whole chicken, class taught by our talented butcher Joe Lawlor. Our guests will tour the farm, receive detailed training, and get to take home the meat they've prepared during the class (a whole bird.) All tools provided.
A great skill to have, taught by a trusted, knowledgable member of our team!

Super fruity and deliciously sour. Sparkler is bursting with bright grapefruit zest and fresh melon aromas with flavours of citrus fruit. The flavour profile is reminiscent of Sour Patch Kids, with strong notes of lemon-lime citrus fruit, grapefruit, with lesser hints of tropical and stone fruit. Tangy and semi-dry on the finish.
