Sunday was a great adventure day walking around old town and other parts of Munich. So much history, the old architecture, so many pictures. Your guides provide so much information and can answer many questions. We stopped by Paulaner and HOF Brau Haus as well. Now the flight home on Monday.

Hello Fellow Travellers:
A Hop on Hop off pass took us to Nymphenburg Palace. It is huge as are the grounds. Then onto Olympic stadium and Dave's happy Place BMW. A great museum and show case building of new vehicles and motorcycles, including Rolls Royce and Cooper. Car and bike buffs will enjoy. The bus tour around town was relaxing seeing the sights as well. Sunday is a guided walking tour around old town, and our own exploring.

Hello Fellow Travellers:
The last day of our Collette tour is complete. We visited Linderhof Palace, home to Ludwig II. It is the smallest palace we have ever seen, but over the top decorating with beautiful grounds, but no pictures allowed inside. A stop at the monastery in Ettal with a beverage sampling and tour. A stop for lunch in the village where Oberammergau, where the world famous Passion Play is done every 10 years, (2030 is the next show). Thanks to Collette for a fantastic tour, Carmen our guide was awesome.

Thank you to Collette, Ron the VP and Rob our account manager, Samantha and Duncan from head office for traveling with us and making it all possible

Now off to Munich via the train for 3 nights of exploring on our own.

Let's talk touring, today it's not like your grandparents touring. We had 4 nights each in Bern Switzerland and 4 nights in Innsbruck Austria.

Hello Fellow Travellers:
A day full of memories with Collette Tours started with a morning meeting, but then followed by strudel making in Seefeld, yes Dave made the pastry, then we enjoyed. Next a horse drawn wagon ride through the forest, then we took the train back to Innsbruck. This evening a show/concert of local music and dance. It's been a terrific day!

Hello Fellow Travellers:
Yesterday we explored Salzburg; the birthplace of Mozart and of course, the movie Sound of Music is based here. Salzburg is a beautiful city, the old town is a wonderful place to see, the Mirabell gardens are so full of colour. After a great walking tour with our Collette guide and a wonderful lunch that Angel mentioned earlier, our explorations found a Gelato shop with sugar free Gelato, I had the dark chocolate and it was amazing. Today we have some training then off to make a strudel.

We had an amazing lunch at St Peter, a restaurant that's been open since 803 ad. Beef consomme with dumpling, fish with risotto and greens or cordon bleu with potatoes and meringue topped raspberry preserves or fruit salad, wine, beer and water. It was a lovely lunch.

Hello Fellow Travelers:
We had an incredible drive yesterday thru the Austrian Alps to arrive in Innsbruck. There were smaller valleys, steeper mountains since we had to re route for construction that took us through mountain passes. With a stop in Lichtenstein for a quick exploration of the capital to break up the trip. Our home for 4 days is Innsbruck with free time and day trip to Salzburg are part of the next few days.

Haberken is a small town not to be missed when you are in Switzerland. It's a beautiful little town in the mountains where the Alpen Horn is made in a small family run workshop, snd yodelling is still practiced. Thank you Heinz, Kristina and Walter for your demonstrations.

Our last day in Jordan. This conference has been EPIC. Workshops started the day and our closing presentation was from Bruce P**n Tip CEO of G Adventures, and it was fabulous. Yesterday we did a trip into the desert, we had lunch at a camp. Pictures just don't do it justice. Many movies were shot here, it is incredible, what an experience. Stay tuned for more.

Good morning from sunny Jordan!
Yesterday was amazing visiting Petra, then.....beyond amazing to have a private show Petra at Night! It was a long, hot tiring day, but we wouldn't have missed it for the world! Wadi Rum and 4 x4 jeep adventures today.

We visited Incredible Petra today. We are staying at the Old Village Resort, in Wadi Mousa, which roughly translates to the Valley of Moses. This is the legendary spot where Moses struck his staff and created a spring, which is still a source of water today. We are back tonight for a private evening event.
