Enjoy the warm Cowichan Valley sun from this south facing fully furnished home. The house is built over three levels with the main and upper level for the rent. The upper 2 levels of this home offer THREE bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 queen and two twin bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. There is a very large wrap around deck with patio furniture and BBQ. There is a caretakers/nanny suite reserved for the lower level where we will occasionally stay. Both have their own private entrances. *for an additional charge we would consider renting this level* and it would offer more space if you are traveling with a larger group. This level is fully furnished with a queen size bedroom, T.V. area, pool table, full bath, kitchen and large covered deck with outdoor cooking area and heated seating area.
The home is built with the lake view in mind and is located in a very peaceful, private setting, surrounded by nature.
Month-Month lease is available.
We are asking for $2800/month plus electricity for the upper two floors only during the winter season Sept-May.

Summer pricing starts at $500/night. Plus a cleaning fee.
