🌟 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁! Today at , we dived into the 𝗪𝗔𝗚𝗚𝗚𝗦 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹, learning what it means to be a leader in today’s world. 🌍

From 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 to 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, participants explored how leadership drives sustainability and change. 💪✨

💡 What’s the best way to start a leadership journey? 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀! Our participants engaged in fun 𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, collaborated on a Safe and Brave space agreement, and met their patrols—small groups they’ll collaborate with throughout the week. 👫🌍

At Our Chalet you can experience the wonder of the Swiss Alps in a busy, international work place with a focus on leadership development, all while making a difference in the world ⛰️

Applicants must be 18+, active members of Guiding/Scouting, and able to volunteer for the full season from 23 May to 31 August 2025.
