Nice running weather in Basel so far this week.

The run set off from Bergli bookshop today as so often before - Such a shame this wonderful independent bookshop will be closing end Jan :-(. I run past the preperations for Herbstmesse tonight - did you know it was established by Emperor Friedrich III in the 15th century and that it's the oldest and largest funfair in Switzerland? This is the 540th running and if you've not experienced it before put it in your diaries (23/10 - 7th/11).
