🌍 World of Hospitality: Eco-Hive organized by our students!

Our students brought their creativity and dedication to life by hosting an inspiring trade show event, spotlighting local and sustainable businesses and their innovative products, including Domaine Dillet, Mr. Yves Pfund's Honey, Rossignol, Degust, Brasserie des Vagabonds, MAYI, KITRO, Chocokiel, and Chanand.

✨ Engaging conference sessions with expert speakers covered:
1️⃣ The Impact of Food Waste and KITRO's solutions
2️⃣ What Will We Eat in 2050? Exploring future food trends
3️⃣ Sustainability in the Skincare Industry
4️⃣ The Intersection of Farming, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship

Students enjoyed networking opportunities with industry professionals, a delightful cocktail and buffet experience, and a hands-on Chanand workshop exploring skincare and technology.

🌟 This event was more than an academic exercise—it was a platform for fostering connections, showcasing innovation, and deepening knowledge about sustainability.

This month, we’re celebrating not just one star, but an entire constellation of talent from SHMS! 🎉 Our Digital Creator Program has been shining brightly, thanks to 11 incredible creators from Caux and Leysin campuses. Their hard work, creativity, and dedication have helped us connect with the world like never before.

A special shoutout to our Star of the Month, Assyl Aleshova! 🌟 With her latest video reaching an amazing 16k organic views, Assyl has shown exceptional commitment and creativity, truly setting an inspiring example for us all.
