Can't tell a lie, it has not been a great ski season... Far too little snow and the rollercoasting temperatures froze a lot of what we did get. Took the opportunity to fulfil a guest request by adding a pair of bedside reading lights.

Thanks to some cancellations, Alphome is now free from today until 23rd December. The lifts are open and 7 of the 17 pistes are already open!

Alphome Flums is a rustic apartment located in Flumserberg, 200 metres from the Schwammkopf Ski Lift.

A short hike (80 to 90min) to Seebenalpsee / Heusee is very much worth the effort. Amazing panorama and crystal clear mountain water to bathe in.
