Yeah, the hardest part of organising a cycling tour is making sure that everyone leaves at the same time on that first morning. Yes, this is probably the hardest part of organising a group cycling tour: taking off together. Actually though, this usually only happens Day One. Afterwards, we leave hotels in groups of 5 and 6.
