15 GIUGNO h.14-19 NEW Innerwalk session just for Men!
Men bonding together as brothers to remove masks and let stagnant emotions flow, connecting deep with our 4 main archetypes. The magician, the king, the lover and the warrior.

We will be working on ourselves and sharing some parts of us we don’t normally share, to heal and grow supported by one another without shame and judgement. In a sacred space, like the Castelliere di Tegna, which will help us keep our session sacred.

Don’t be afraid and remember we all have the same issues and are rowing in the same direction. Let the sacred masculine energy activate and shine through you, trust us facilitator to wake up this within yourself.

Innerwalk was selected from .ticino Incubator for 6 months of Mentorship since 2023, a new experience for our team where we developed another branch of our project called Innersound, sound journeys specifically crafted for elderly people in retirement homes and people in need. We also learned how to present an impactful idea to investors and build our business plan.

12th NOVEMBER Innerwalk in an incredible location PAXMAL close to Walensee and Zurich, an impressive monument in the middle of untouched nature guided by our Tour Guide, !

Karl Bickel, a Swiss artist created the work of art between 1924 and 1949. It lies high above Lake Walen in front of the soaring walls of the Churfirsten. The Paxmal is a perfect place for spiritual connection and meditation.

The left wall of the monument represents life connected to the earth: the human couple in their being and becoming, love and procreation. The right wall is dedicated to the spiritual life: the awakening, the struggling, the beholding and the rising.

Innerwalk Project is pleased to guest one of its Djs , Ecstatic Music Shaman from Bali, he will guide you into relaxation, reconnection, flow and rebirth, through his Live Set and Sound Journey.

We will guide you through an Hike and Ecstatic Dance in the garden of the building from 10:00 - 16:00.

After one year that we work with Elderly People in Retirement Houses with great success, we are officially launching it with School in Ticino! ❤️🙏🏻✨ It is a different experience, guided from end to beginning exploring nature, movements, sound and magic to increase childrens imagination, embodiement and inclusion ✨🌈🦄 We are tired but proud of us 💪💪💪

Breathwork is a technique studied and tested for a long time, a very powerful somatic therapy for emotional and traumatic release, suitable for anyone who has chosen to embark on a path of personal growth, for anyone who wants to get better, for anyone who feels responsible for their own life and want to make more sense.
