CINSF needs to relook at their policy on foreign workers' contribution who are here for more than 3 years, currently, they are not able to withdraw this however, they are advised the funds will be sent to their home countries pension scheme. Some of these countries do not have a pension scheme, to name one, Indonesia. Some of these workers have gone home with no hope of getting their funds. I worked in Fiji for 8 years and got the entirety of my contribution and that of employer paid out to me.......surely, CINSF can do likewise......
