Our Story

Introduction to Hualong Tours

HUALONG TOURS (华龙旅行社), formerly known as E-Travel, was created in 2008 and located in Santiago, Chile. It is a company registered in the Chilean government. Hualong Tours is member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), a strategic cooperation partner of AirFrance, member of the Chilean Association of Tourism Companies A.G. (ACHET), and a travel agency jointly recommended by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Municipality of Beijing. The business scope of the company includes conference services, domestic and international tourism, reservations of air tickets and hotels, translations, and other comprehensive services. Since its creation, Hualong Tours has committed itself to foment cultural exchanges and economic cooperation between China and Latin America, stepping further into the new culture of tourism. Hualong Tours has provided high-quality, standardized, and personalized services as objective; it emphasizes on self-improvement and specialty as a business philosophy and is determined to pursue excellence based on accomplishing the necessities of its clients.

Hualong Tours has as its mission to provide convenient, fast, and comprehensive services in official, commercial, and conference affairs. It provides the most specialized and detailed tourism and other services to its clients and cooperation partners in the development of large-scale commercial projects, promotion of multilevel complementary tourism products, support services for official and commercial tourism and conferences of companies, among others.

Main achievements of Hualong Tours during the last five years:

1. Between 2014-2018, Hualong Tours has provided a wide range of services for hundreds of Chinese firms, including business promotion conferences in Beijing, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Jilin, Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, and other provinces of China.

2. Between 2014-2019, Hualong Tours has organized and sponsored for six consecutive years the competitions of the Chile Division of the “Water Cube Cup - Singing Competition for Overseas Chinese Youth.”

3. In the years 2014, 2016, and 2018, Hualong Tours has organized the “Cultures of China - Festival of Spring” artistic performances in Chile and the Chile Camp of the “Chinese Culture Land.”

4. In May 2015, Hualong Tours was in charge of part of the reception of the visit of the Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang in Chile.

5. In November 2016, during the visit of the Chinese President Xi Jinping in Chile, Hualong Tours was responsible for the reception of the security team of the presidential plane, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, China Daily, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and 20 other institutions.

6. Between 2014-2018, Hualong Tours was in full charge of the reception of the “Peace Ark,” the hospital ship of the Chinese Navy, during its visit to Chile; the company provided services including translation and transportation. Hualong Tours was also in charge of reception and other services for events commissioned by the Chinese Embassy, including but not limited to the following:

a) Visit of Chinese astronaut Wang Yaping.

b) International Maritime and Naval Exhibition and Conference for Latin America (Exponaval).

c) Performances of the Qingdao Symphony Orchestra in Chile.

d) Performances of the Chinese Performing Arts Agency in Chile.

7. In November 2018, Hualong Tours was in charge of all reception and other services for the “40 Years of Opening Up - Chinese Companies entering Latin America” summit. The event included the reception of representatives from 20 countries and regions, as well as from the Municipality of Beijing, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, and the Beijing Port Office.

8. In April 2019, Hualong Tours organized the “Culture of Moutai - Tour of One Belt One Road” massive promoting events in multiple locations of Chile, Argentina, and Peru. The events were attended by tens of thousands.
