The Female (bigger and blue) and Male (smaller and green) Muanenguba Twin Crater Lakes are located within a giant crater now forming part of the Kupe-Muanenguba Integral Ecological Reserve. If you have ever been to the "rolling mountains" of Bangem (South West Region, Cameroon), Mbouroukou (Littoral Region, Cameroon) and the many villages in between, than you have been amidst the Bakossi-Mbo-Mboro

ro tribal communities and very close to the Lakes. On behalf of the Bangem Council, we Welcome everyone who has ever visited the Lakes to post a picture or a comment on the wonders of your experience in the area.
