Since the manager asked the sales to participate in the new product production conference and asked the sales to give all the customer's requirements to the production staff face to face, I realized that sometimes a small change will make the previous work disappear. Is it worth doing this? Should it fully serve the needs of customers? The manager said that in meeting the needs of customers, everything starts with production cost and efficiency. If the details of the changes make production more difficult, let the sales persuade the customer to keep the original design. If the customer does not accept it, we must find ways to solve it Sometimes the customer's suggestion doesn't work, in order to respect the customer, we have to try it before telling the customer that it won't work. Sometimes such waste is unavoidable, but it must be worth it. This is KCCE attitude.
