Wrapping up an incredible 2024 at Trip.com Group Korea! 🎄✨

Our Korea team gathered for an unforgettable year-end celebration, where we honored the remarkable efforts and achievements of our colleagues. This event strengthened our bonds and fostered deeper connections. One of the highlights was "Trip FM," where each business unit shared their most memorable stories of appreciation - celebrating teamwork and collaboration within their own teams or with colleagues from other teams. These stories were brought to life by a radio DJ from a different department, fostering a sense of unity and connection across the organization.

We enjoyed a delightful dinner buffet, where everyone received a thoughtful gift🎁 and participated in an exciting lucky draw.

🎊 Wrapping up 2024 with our most cozy and festive events!

This year, our Thailand teams across various departments meticulously prepared and hosted a series of unforgettable celebrations, offering fantastic opportunities to connect, have fun, and strengthen bonds, enriching our team's lives.

🏆Our HBU team organized a two-day event, bringing together staff from Bangkok, Phuket, and Chiang Mai. We celebrated outstanding contributions at the Thailand Annual Awards Ceremony and held a dynamic Group Discussion Training session to enhance teamwork and communication.

🌟Our Thailand team kicked off with the Annual Staff Party at the SO Bangkok Hotel, featuring a vibrant Sports Day theme. Everyone showcased their energy and creativity in colorful sports attire!

🎈Our Thailand Customer Support Center team hosted a lovely Staff Party, where everyone cosplayed their favorite characters and enjoyed a night of fun. During the Christmas festivities, our team came together to exchange gifts and celebrate the season

🎄Finally, our Global Hotels Support Thailand Team enjoyed a heartwarming Christmas night. We shared our successes and goals for the coming year by writing cards and decorating our handmade Christmas tree.

At Trip.com Group, we are deeply committed to the physical and mental well-being of our employees. Recently, Trip.com Group Vietnam, in collaboration with Well-Being VN, organized workshops focusing on Occupational First Aid and Happiness at Work. 🌈😊

The First Aid workshops equipped our employees with essential knowledge on how to respond to emergencies and administer basic first aid procedures, which can save lives, reduce the severity of injuries, and alleviate pain. Additionally, the "Happiness at Work" session highlighted the relationship between mental health and work productivity, and provided insights on how to boost happiness hormones in positive ways.

As the year came to a close, our Malaysia office wrapped up 2024 with two unforgettable events. We kicked off with an incredible day of team-building, filled with bonding, laughter, and discovery. From the 'Now You Know Me' game to an exciting scavenger hunt around KL, and creative challenges like blind box tasks and giant-size monopoly, we made memories that will last a lifetime. 🤝

The excitement continued with our Malaysia Annual Party, the highlight of the year. The night was filled with joy and celebration, 🎭 featuring a mesmerizing Si Chuan Face Changing performance, inspiring updates from our general manager, and outstanding solo singing and dance performances by our talented team members 🎶💃. 📦❤️ Recently, our Philippines Circle of Hope (Staff Club) has launched the "Compassion in Action" donation drive to support the victims of the recent typhoons in the Philippines. Over the past few weeks, the country has been struck by at least four consecutive typhoons, leaving many families in urgent need of assistance.

Our dedicated employees have come together to collect old clothes and purchase relief goods, including instant and canned food, coffee sachets, and toiletry packs. Our goal is to support at least 100 families. On December 4th, these donations were handed over to the ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya Foundation.

At Trip.com Group, we are committed not only to providing exceptional service to travelers worldwide but also to caring for our communities and the global welfare.
