Notice on Visa-free Policy to Citizens of Norway and Other Countries

To further promote people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries, China decides to expand visa-exemption policy for citizens of Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein and South Korea holding ordinary passports traveling to China. From November 8, 2024 to December 31, 2025, citizens holding ordinary passports of the above countries traveling to China for business, tourism, family visit or transit purposes with the duration not exceeding 15 days, are eligible for visa-free entry. Individuals who do not meet the visa -free conditions mentioned above still need to apply for a visa before entering China.

Spectators lined Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour for a glimpse of Doraemon on Saturday evening, as the world’s first drone show featuring the Japanese robot cat took place against the canvas of a cloudy sky.

The 15-minute display organised by local art studio AllRightsReserved included 1,000 drones taking flight from the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade at 7.30pm on Saturday, recreating characters from the popular manga and animation series.
