🍫✨ Un pedacito de felicidad: ¡Alfajores argentinos con chocolate y dulce de leche! ✨🍪

Estos pequeños tesoros te transportarán directo a Buenos Aires. ¿Listo para prepararlos? Aquí tienes lo que necesitas:

Ingredientes:
📜 500 g de harina de trigo
🍬 4 cucharadas de azúcar pulverizada
🧈 250 g de mantequilla, suavizada
🥛 2 cucharadas de leche
💧 2 cucharadas de agua
🥚 1 yema de huevo
🍯 Dulce de leche (o arequipe)
🍫 300 g de chocolate semi-amargo para bañar
🧈 1 cucharada de mantequilla para la cobertura

Preparación:

Mezcla los ingredientes secos y añade la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente. Mezcla bien.
Agrega la leche, el agua y la yema. Amasa suavemente hasta obtener una masa uniforme. Déjala reposar en la nevera por 30 minutos.
Extiende la masa con un rodillo y corta discos con un cortador redondo.
Hornea las galletas en una bandeja ligeramente engrasada a 150°C (300°F) durante 15-20 minutos hasta que estén ligeramente doradas.
Una vez frías, únelas en forma de sándwich con una generosa capa de dulce de leche.
Derrite el chocolate con la mantequilla a baño maría y baña los alfajores. Deja enfriar.

"Ajiaco: A Taste of Bogotá in Every Spoonful!" 🍲✨

Ingredients:
(Serves 6–8)

3 chicken breasts, bone-in and skinless
12 cups of water
3 ears of fresh corn, halved
Salt to taste
1 stalk of green onion
2 cups of criolla potatoes, peeled and washed
3 medium sabanera potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 medium pastusa potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup of guascas (an aromatic herb)
1 cup of heavy cream (for serving)
1 cup of capers (for serving)

Preparation:
Let’s get cooking! Boil the chicken, guascas, green onion stalk, and water. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it to shred later. Add the three types of potatoes and corn to the broth and let them cook, stirring occasionally. If the soup reduces too much, add a bit more water. After about an hour, remove the onion stalk, adjust the salt, and serve.

✨ Top it off with shredded chicken, heavy cream, and capers for that authentic Bogotá flavor!

Are you ready for a flavor journey? 🌍🐟 Let's take a trip to Peru with this iconic Ceviche! 🍋🍽️

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb fresh fish (sole, sea bass, tilapia)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1-2 yellow or habanero peppers, halved
Fresh cilantro sprigs
Peruvian salt
Lettuce leaves, canchita corn, sweet potatoes
Preparation: Cut the fish into cubes, marinate in lemon juice with onions and salt. Add cilantro, peppers, and refrigerate for 5-15 minutes. Serve with canchita and sweet potatoes. 🌱👌
