Responsabilidades

-Manejar y coordinar asiganción de tours
-Atención al cliente por correo y teléfono
-Garantizar la organización de archivos y seguimiento de procesos
-Proporcionar soporte ad hoc en la oficina según sea necesario

Calificaciones

-Profesional en carreras administrativas (deseable en gestión de turismo)
-Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, de servicio al cliente y de comunicación.
-Capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas
-Competente en la suite Microsoft Office
-Inglés B1
