La hute de sudation est une pratique millénaire avec une medicine extraordinaire.
Des pierres mis au feu pendant des heures, rentrent dans cette hute de sudation pour rendre de la chaleur a nos os, notre corps et notre esprit.
Nous faisons un autel avec des fleurs pour honorer les esprits et leur remercier sa présence pendant notre prier.

Le Yatul

Pendant notre visite au peuple Misak, ils nous invitent a connaitre leur "Yatul", leur potager. Pour le misak il est tres important de cultiver sa propre nourriture, c'est la sante de son peuple.

Ils nous donnent une promenade autour de ses terres et nous parlent des arbres, des plantes medicines qu'ils ont semés et comment ils font pour travailler la terre naturellement et sans chimiques.

A la fin nous pouvons nous raprocher au restaurant Misak "Le jardin des délices" pour deguster un delicieux plat tout frais et typique de la region!

The Yatul

During our visit to the Misak people, they invite us to know their "Yatul", their vegetable garden. For the Misak it is important to grow their own food, it is the health of his people.

They give us a walk around his land and tell us about the trees, the medicinal plants that they have sown and how they work the land naturally and without chemicals.

At the end we can eat in the restaurant Misak "The garden of delights" to taste a delicious dish all fresh and typical of the region!

LA TULPA

La tulpa est un espace sacré pour les misak et pour les peuples originaires du cauca. C'est un espace au feu au tour du quel la communauté se reunit pour discuter sur un sujet particulier d'interet commun, pour raconter des histoires aux plus petits, entre autres.

Elle represente l’unité familiale et est un espace où la parole est réchauffé avec le grand-père feu. C’est là que la communication et l’éducation propre devient pratique.

LA TULPA

The tulpa is a sacred space for the misak and for the indigenous peoples of the cauca. It is a space of fire in which the community meets to discuss a particular topic of common interest, to tell stories to the little ones, among others.

It represents the family unit and is a space where the word is warmed with the fire grandfather. This is where communication and own education becomes practical.

Les Misak. "Gens de l’eau"

Les Misaks ou Guambians sont un peuple originel américain qui habite le sud de la Colombie dans le département du Cauca. Leur Resguardo Mayor original Guambìa est dans la municipalité de Silvia et ils habitent aussi dans d’autres endroits proches, de la Cordillère Centrale des Andes colombiennes.

L’eau est une des sources les plus proches de l’être misak, l’eau vitalise et revitalise la mémoire ancestrale des misaks, le corps est couvert d’eau, le territoire eau est où il coule dans les veines et les rivières sont le sang qui coule dans les veines de chaque être misak, Elle signifie vie, unité familiale.

The Misak. "Water people"

The Misaks or Guambians are an American original people who live in southern Colombia in the department of Cauca. Their original Resguardo Mayor Guambìa is in the municipality of Silvia and they also live in other places nearby, in the Central Cordillera of the Colombian Andes.

Water is one of the closest sources to being misak, water vitalizes and revitalizes the ancestral memory of the misaks, the body is covered with water, the water territory is where it flows in the veins and rivers are the blood that flows in the veins of each misak being, It means life, family unity.

Avant d'entrer où les communautes habitent, il nous faut faire une purification depuis le corps et l'esprit. Avec l'aide des plusieurs plantes nous nous purifions et demandons le permis pour pouvoir entrer dans cet espace sacré. Chacun d'entre nous avons fait ce rituel et nous avons regardé vers la direction de l'est pour nous presenter face a la mère terre et le grand esprit.

Before entering where the communities live, we must purify our body and mind. With the help of several plants we purify ourselves and ask for the permit to enter this sacred space. Each of us did this ritual and looked eastward to face mother earth and the great spirit.

Région montagneuse volcanique de Coconucos.

La région montagneuse volcanique de Coconucos est une chaîne volcanique située dans le parc national naturel de Puracé, entre les départements du Cauca et de Huila. Ce sont 12 volcans à plus de 4000 mètres d’altitude.
Le plus connu est le volcan Puracé avec 4,650 msn qui est actif. Du Puracé au sud, il est facile de se laisser surprendre par la chaîne de volcans qui le précède, dans un paysage de hautes landes et de lagunes cachées.

Volcanic mountain region of the Coconucos.

The volcanic mountain region of Coconucos is a volcanic range located in the Puracé National Natural Park, between the departments of Cauca and Huila. These are 12 volcanoes at over 4,000 meters altitude.
The best known is the volcano Puracé with 4,650 msn which is active. From Puracé to the south, it is easy to be surprised by the chain of volcanoes that precedes it, in a landscape of high moors and hidden lagoons.

Le village de Coconuco se situe dans la zone centrale du département du Cauca. Une partie du territoire se trouve à proximité immédiate du parc naturel de Puracé. Il s’agit d’une région baignée par les rivières Piendamó, Cauca, Manchay, Mi Chambe, Agua Blanca et Cacique.

Parc archéologique "Tierradentro".

Ces vestiges archéologiques sont principalement concentrés dans cinq zones situées autour de San Andrés de Pisambalá : Alto del Aguacate, Alto de San Andrés, Alto de Segovia, Alto del Duende et El Tablón.

Le parc a été créé en 1945, et déclaré site du patrimoine mondial par l’UNESCO en 1995, reconnaissant ce site comme un témoignage unique et exceptionnel d’une civilisation disparue.

Les hypogées.

Dans la région, les hypogées ou tombes collectives souterraines sont abondantes. Ces constructions atteignent une profondeur de neuf mètres, et sont constituées par un puits de descente avec des escaliers qui servent d’accès à la chambre funéraire, qui est décorée sur ses murs et colonnes par une série de dessins géométriques, anthropomorphes et zoomorphes, certains en relief, d’autres peints avec des couleurs rouge et noir sur blanc.

In the region, hypogeum or collective graves are abundant. Le Musée archéologique de TIERRADENTRO.

Pendant votre sejour en Colombie vous pourrez connaître ce musée qui nous raconte l'histoire des anciennes communautés qui autrefois habitaient les territoires de ce qu'on appele aujourd'hui les municipalités de Belalcazar et Inzá.

Le Musée archéologique de Tierradentro expose des vestiges de groupes humains, particulièrement agriculteurs, qui ont transformé une partie de la géographie complexe pour s’établir dans la région à des époques antérieures à 1000 après JC, en transformant les arêtes des montagnes et en construisant des tombes ou des hypogées dans les zones les plus élevées du territoire.

During your stay in Colombia you can visit this museum that tells the story of the ancient communities that once inhabited the territories of the municipalities of Belalcazar and Inzá.

The Archaeological Museum of Tierradentro exhibits remains of human groups, particularly farmers, which transformed part of the complex geography to settle in the region at times prior to 1000 AD, by transforming the ridges of mountains and building graves or hypogeums in the highest areas of the territory.

Le Frailejón est une plante herbacée vivace qui pousse dans les landes d’Amérique du Sud, principalement en Colombie, au Venezuela, en Équateur et au Pérou.

C’est une espèce clé dans les écosystèmes des landes, car elle aide à réguler le débit de l’eau et à maintenir l’humidité dans la région. En outre, il fournit un abri et de la nourriture pour plusieurs espèces animales, y compris les oiseaux, les rongeurs et les amphibiens.

Le Frailejón a une grande importance culturelle pour les communautés vivant dans les landes, car il est utilisé dans la médecine traditionnelle et dans la construction de logements.

Nous avons eu le grand plaisir de nous rencontrer avec une enorme famille de frailejones au lande de Guanacos.

The Frailejón is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows in the moors of South America, mainly in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru.
