Accessible by two International airports, Villa Maria de Los Angeles (La Villa) is located just 73 Km (46 miles) east of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Cartagena (CTG) and 46Km (29 miles) west of Barranquilla (BAQ). La Villa sleeps a total of 17 people with parking for 8+ cars. La Villa has large oceanside terrace on the first floor which is the main gathering/eating space

. There is another very large oceanside terrace on the second floor which is great for relaxing and catching ocean breezes, and a smaller terrace with a view of the mountains. The property has many coconut palm trees (with delicious coconuts!) that shade the oceanside yard and to which you can string one of several hammocks. In addition, near the gate leading to the ocean is a mens room and ladies room connected by two outdoor showers. There is also a covered,circular kiosko for shaded dining or relaxing. Situated directly on the beach, La Villa is a 10-minute walk to the town of Santa Veronica that has restaurants and small stores for your convenience, a 15-minute drive Puerto Colombia, a 15-minute drive to the mud volcano, a 35-minute drive to Barranquilla and a 50-minute drive to Cartagena.
