This is a call for all of us to gather in the jungles of the heart and center of Colombia; a call to participate in a retreat that will consist of traditional ceremonies with sacred plants of the Americas, under the guidance of native elders and the accompaniment of facilitators who have more than 20 years of experience leading these types of retreats.

What Brig?Keep in mind that the weather is hot, sometimes it rains and it is cool at night.
Try to wear comfortable and fresh clothes for the ceremony. - Bring a change of clothes, in case it becomes necessary. - Towel in case you want to take a bath or refresh yourself in the river the next day. - Fruits and food to share the next morning. - Your own water jar. - Your personal camping mat, or yoga mat for your location at night. (no, inflatable mattresses or large foam mats). - Blanket or thin blanket in case you want to keep warm at night. - It is not allowed to bring weapons to the ceremony or knives. - Cell phones must be turned off and car keys well kept. - Lantern.

REMEMBER
- The use of any type of drug or alcohol is not allowed before, during or after the ceremony; If you are going to participate in this ceremony, you must diet for at least 2 days of any type of substance. - You should not be taking antibiotics to take the medicine. - You should not consume any type of medicine at least 48 hours before the medicine. - You must notify in advance, if you have had recent surgeries, take psychiatric medicine, situations of hypertension and diabetes. - Women in their menstrual period or pregnancy do not participate in this ceremony. 🌀 Let us know if you come by car, have a quota and can transport someone else. 🌀 please do not attend if you have flu symptoms.
