Our Story
The guided visit includes various activities and provides an immersive experience where you can learn about the people that live there, the barrio’s violent history and its ongoing process of transformation.
This project was originally designed to provide a vocational platform for students of the Stairway to English project to practice their English. Now, completely immersed in this process, the Stairway Storytellers are here to share with you a uniquely amazing insight into the Comuna 13 and its story.

The Stairway Storytellers are a group of Comuna 13 residents that wish to share their stories about where they grew up.
