Thanks to @shimanomtb, @scottylaughland visited #colombia to document the relationship between coffee growing and mountain biking in our country. The planning crew included @daniel_bascompte from #ecuador and @casaenlalinea from the coffee region. For the parts filmed in the surroundings of #medellin, they trusted us and of course we took them to @cairobikepark, here is that section of the film, check the full fiml on @scottylaughland YouTube channel!
Last year @scottylaughland came along with his filming crew to #colombia to capture the relation between coffee and mountain biking trails. After visiting Salento and Manizales, they came to #medellin and we took them to @cairobikepark where they filmed this clip, originally published by @rideshimano. We feel super proud to have shown the trails to Scotty and to witness his creation.
Bex Heart lives in #california but her family is from #bogota. Four years ago her passion for #mountainbiking started and since then, she's been traveling with her bike. She has ridden in Oaxaca, Patagonia and this time she chose #medellin as her riding destination. We lodged her in @triciklocabin. On day 1 we took her to @cairobikepark, on day 2 her sister paulinajdlh visited and we took them to ride in #parquearvi. On day 3 we went to @triadasbikepark and on day 4 we rode La Muñoz trail. Besides the riding, we enjoyed delicious food and great conversations.
On his second visit to ride with us, we took @duanethompson6 to @triadasbikepark where we found the trails in great conditions, bought a couple of wristbands to support trail maintenance and enjoyed the best weather to ride there with the clouds hiding the sun, the mist making it look epic and even some shy drops of rain to refresh us.
Last Saturday we rode bikes with @amwillingham15 @mandelmon @edahead @ndelpego and @desultir in @cairobikepark. @mantenimientopistasmedellin provided transportation and we had a great time riding, chatting, eating and swimming. Weather cooperated, trails were in great conditions and everybody had a great time.

@daniel_bascompte hosted @gabor.winkler in Ecuador and recommended us for planning a holiday mountain biking adventure for him and @nvr_stp_t_flow in #medellin. We provided accommodation in @triciklocabin and each of the 6 days we rode in a different location. Transportation was granted by @mantenimientopistasmedellin. Today @llizarb and @the_professional_hobbyist came to #arvipark to ride #mountainbikes with us. We explored several trails and there was flat tires, blood, lost and found but mostly good times. We had delicious food, beautiful landscapes and profound conversations. They went back to #medellin using the cable car by sunset. Both will probably ride with us again soon. Long life to good times on bicycles!

@activexpedition organized a mountain biking trip in #colombia for @emilyrkramer @annakae14 @allaroundjoe and @connolsb with @josecuervojijon as tour leader. First they went to @casaenlalinea to explore the coffee region and then they came to #medellin to ride with us. On day one we took them to @cairobikepark and its 3 trails, plus Buey river swim. On day 2 we took them to La Muñoz trail in San Jerónimo and then to Triadas and Tonusco trails in Santa Fé de Antioquia. Transportation was provided by @mantenimientopistasmedellin and all videos taken by the master of #mountainbike guiding, @josecuervojijon himself.
