We started as a small call center in Nicaragua back in 2009 and through hard work and consistent delivery of results, Accedo was able to open its second delivery center in Pereira, Colombia. Shortly after, Bucaramanga, Colombia became an additional delivery center in Accedo’s list of locations. In 2017 Madrid opened its administrative offices and now we have opened up in Bogota, Colombia! We have been able to expand nicely and all signs indicate that we will continue to grow.
