An epic journey through the most stunning landscapes of Los Nevados National Natural Park. Over six days, we climbed through páramos, glaciers, and mountains to reach the summits of Nevado Santa Isabel (4,950 m) and Nevado del Tolima (5,215 m).

Every step took us through misty forests, valleys of frailejones, and crystal-clear lagoons, with golden sunrises and starry nights reminding us of nature’s greatness. The thrill of reaching the summit, breathing in the pure high-altitude air, and looking down at the world from above is indescribable.

Our expedition reached the summit of this majestic Andean volcano, standing tall at 5,221 meters above sea level. This symmetrical cone, part of Los Nevados National Natural Park, is home to unique ecosystems ranging from páramos to glaciers. Although its glacier has receded due to climate change, it remains a symbol of natural resilience and a call for conservation.
