Spanish lessons and adventures
Eco Language Colombia is an immersive Spanish language school, offering personalized classes, intercultural exchange and outdoor adventures. We offer an authentic experience in a small Colombian pueblo, San Rafael, three hours from Medellin and one hour away from Guatape.
Each week, our guests wake up to fresh cooked breakfast and clean mountain air. Mornings are dedicated to Spanish classes (3 hours). Our classes are small, ensuring plenty of practice and personal attention. After class, traditional Colombian lunch is served, with options for vegitarians and vegans. Afternoons are filled with outdoor adventures including trips to local swimming holes, hiking, yoga and more. For our more adventurous guests, we offer rafting, canyoning, and extreme outdoor adventures every weekend.
During the week, we also organize tours of San Rafael and the surronding areas, such as visits to local artisan fincas, including coffee, cacao and panella producers. Tours of the fincas include plenty of time to chat with the farmers and sample the fruits of their labor. Finally, in the evenings, we host cultural exchange activities with local Colombians, such as game nights, sports, and conversation over local treats.
Our days are full, and there is constantly time to practice the Spanish you learn in class. You can stay with us from a week to a month, and enjoy:
