Danny gave us a fantastic guided experience in Costa Rica!! We were delighted by the wildlife we were able to see with him! We would have walked right past many vipers and tiny creatures if it wasn't for his knowledge and sharp eyes!

I was impressed that he was able to talk shop with our two serious, life-long reptile and nature enthusiasts as well as his ability to bring hilarity and laughter to any and all situations as much as we did! His english is outstanding and his van is spacious and comfortable. I appreciated that he drove with confidence and safety in mind!

We very much benefited by getting the lay of the land prior to renting and driving our own vehicle the next week! We would not hesitate to hire Danny for another excursion in Costa Rica!

My husband & I decided to visit Costa Rica again after 23 years. I felt we hadn’t been organized & educated on where to go or what to do. We are interested in seeing animals, particularly the reptiles, and seeing the flora & fauna. We traveled with another couple & were given a recommendation to use Danny Ugalde as a guide. What a difference having a guide makes when trying to see as many animals & nature that Costa Rica has to offer. Having someone drive us, guide us, give recommendations, have great connections with locals & other guides was definitely the best part of our trip. Even when showing up at different parks I was so impressed with Danny’s kindness to other guides & their clients that we were able to share our finds, discoveries & ideas. We will have memories forever of our beautiful trip & adventure. Danny provides the experience that you dream about. Bring your best binoculars, you will be glad you did.
