El 25 de Julio de 1824, el Partido Nicoya se integró a nuestro territorio bajo el lema: "De la Patria por nuestra voluntad". Hoy 199 años más tarde celebramos su anexión a Costa Rica agradeciendo las riquezas aportadas al país.
