We love the green season! Saw our first sloth in a few months from the front porch of the casita. Beautiful days and rain in the afternoon/evening. Our favorite time of year!

We are auctioning a 7 day/6 night stay in our Chachagua, Costa Rica Casita to help baby Fuego! Read his story below, then bid in the comments on a one week stay in paradise!

Our daughter had a New Year's Day miracle arrive, but little Fuego still needs lots of care and prayers. Fuego was one of two twins, which in horses almost never has a positive outcome. The other fetus died and Fuego was carried another month before the mother went into labor. She was taken to the hospital expected to abort the other fetus, when the little miracle Fuego's foot popped out. Mom was delivering a live baby! Fuego and mom (Fiona On Fire) but still need a lot of care, and that's where you have a chance to help. Equestrian friends from all over southern California have been auctioning items to help with the costs for little Fuego. You can read the entire story here
