We have always loved curling up on the couch and living vicariously through those on TV shows where people are moving to warmer climates. We started travelling more and more to escape the cold Canadian winters and visit cultures different than our own. Each trip we spent time “scouting” real estate and, in early 2018, we finally made the leap and bought a fixer upper condo in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. Since that time we have gutted and renovated the entire condo. It was a scary process, especially with our life savings on the line, but we couldn’t be happier with the results ...
Casa Cocos Locos is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse style condo located in the quiet Las Palmas neighbourhood in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. The condo is BRAND NEW and fully equipped. We created Casa Cocos Locos with travelers like us in mind. Making meals or serving take-out in the full kitchen, enjoying a morning coffee or an evening beverage on the covered/screened porch, winding down from a busy day in the comfortable living space or soaking up the sun at the beautiful pool. All this within walking distance of the ocean and the lively main street in downtown Coco and just steps away from a grocery store and several restaurants.
